Specialist / Senior Specialist, HR Technology (Workday)

What you will do

• Triage and resolve HR system incidents and requests via ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Perform operational system setups, transactional support, and mass-data uploads.
• Maintain process documentation, job aids, and deliver training content for HR systems.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, queries, and corrections.
• Execute and develop testing plans for system changes and implementations.
• Generate standard reports and data compilations for HR teams and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with HR systems or HR operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or user support.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Workday Reporting Certification or general Workday experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and integration concepts.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint.
