IT Support Technician

What you will do

• Deploy and manage user clients, asset monitoring, and software deployments using Microsoft SCCM.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support to local, remote, and manufacturing site users via Help Desk applications.
• Manage the specification and ordering of new hardware and software.
• Support MS Office applications, Windows 11, and other corporate software.
• Maintain hardware and software standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a support technician.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and certification.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Basic experience with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
