What you will do

• Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Support enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and Windows systems.
• Maintain infrastructure including VoIP, Active Directory, and security compliance.
• Provide specialized support for manufacturing systems like MES, SCADA, and LIMS.

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on IT support role.
