TL;DR
IT Support Specialist Tier 1: Providing technical assistance and resolving client system issues with an accent on desktop hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve client system issues including email, remote access, and MFA.
- Manage and troubleshoot phone systems, MDM, and desktop peripherals.
- Perform desktop software and hardware diagnostics and printer management.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate client software licensing.
- Maintain up-to-date credentials and ensure high survey results (4.8/5+).
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 3 years of professional work experience in IT support.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Windows networks, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Nice to have
- Previous MSP experience.
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.
- Experience with firewalls, Office365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Datto BCDR, Autotask, or Continuum RMM.
