What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, live chat, and the IT service management system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues.
- Manage user access, password resets, and authentication/login problems.
- Document all issues and resolutions within the service management system and escalate complex cases to higher-level teams.
- Assist in testing new applications, system updates, and technology enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company technologies and application updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, VPNs, MFA, and remote support tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Zoom administration.
- Experience supporting a diverse user base in a fast-paced business environment.
