Salary: $22.12/hr - $27.88/hr

What you will do

  • Receive and process deliveries of laboratory consumables, research reagents, IT equipment, and scientific instruments.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and record goods receipts in SAP.
  • Maintain organized stockroom inventory and perform cycle counts for reconciliation.
  • Restock satellite laboratory supply stations across multiple Broad facilities.
  • Coordinate the internal movement of materials and capital assets using pallet jacks and box trucks.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals and temperature-controlled materials in accordance with safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate institute vehicles, including box trucks.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physically intensive tasks.
  • Experience with ERP inventory systems, preferably SAP.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.
