TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for an AI-native system for local businesses with an accent on consultative selling and ROI-based value propositions. Focus on building high-trust relationships with restaurant owners and managing a high-volume SMB sales pipeline.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto (3 days/week in office; 5 days/week for the first 3 months)
Salary: CAD $150,000 OTE

What you will do
- Advise restaurant owners on product capabilities to align with their business goals and objectives.
- Sell based on ROI and value rather than technical functionality.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with the XDR team.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless product launch for clients.
- Exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth of the team and company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of software sales experience, specifically in high-volume SMB SaaS with closing experience.
- Consultative, customer-first approach to sales.
- Professional fluency in Spanish (strongly preferred and prioritized).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Toronto.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is common.
