Junior SDR (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with office attendance at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Generate first conversations and qualified meetings for the North American sales team.
• Prospect and qualify manufacturing customers across the US and Canada.
• Keep CRM records accurate so the pipeline reflects current reality.
• Learn customer challenges and connect them with relevant platform capabilities.
• Develop outbound playbooks and build predictable pipeline over time.

Requirements

• Based in Toronto or able to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
• Available to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree, or previous SDR/BDR experience.
• Strong drive, fast learning ability, and evidence of sustained effort in demanding work, academic, or competitive settings.
• Interest in sales development, customer conversations, and AI-assisted sales tools.
