What you will do

• Execute high-quality, timely, and safe posting of outdoor campaigns across the TfL estate.
• Perform safety-critical track protection duties as Protection Master (PM), Site Person in Charge (SPIC), or Person in Charge of Works (PICOW).
• Use operational tools and follow SSOW and RAMS processes to maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents or faults using digital reporting tools.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and TfL authorities to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to regularly lift 20kg, stand for long periods, and work at height.
• Confidence working in high-risk, time-sensitive, and safety-critical environments.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Proficiency with digital reporting tools and workplace technologies.
