What you will do

• Execute and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic affiliate partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and updates for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful partner activations and launches.
• Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking technologies (cookies, pixels, attribution) and platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, or Everflow.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience using Google Workspace and project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a fully remote environment.

• PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification.
