What you will do

• Define and own the affiliate strategy roadmap across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels.
• Build and scale multi-channel affiliate programs from the ground up across various commerce environments.
• Serve as a senior strategic lead to clients, aligning affiliate growth with overarching business objectives.
• Test and scale innovative models including creator commerce, publisher partnerships, and paid affiliate strategies.
• Oversee performance optimization, focusing on incrementality, profitability, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing and tech teams to improve attribution and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Associates and Influencer ecosystems.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs across multiple channels with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Impact and Rakuten.
• Analytical skills for forecasting, incrementality analysis, and performance optimization.
• Must be based in the United States.
