Salary: $16.83 per hour (plus incentives)

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from South Charlotte, NC for the hybrid schedule.
• Strong desire to learn and develop; no prior mortgage experience required.
• Previous experience in sales, service, or performance-driven environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for client-first service.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
