What you will do

• Evaluate and analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the end-to-end application process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting required documentation for approval.
• Operate within the mortgage sales environment using Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM, and credit vendor software.
• Maintain constant communication and follow-ups with prospects, applicants, and 3rd party vendors.
• Qualify for several state mortgage licenses within the first 45 days.

Requirements

• Must be a current resident of Missouri.
• Active NMLS license or the ability to reactivate it.
• Must have passed the SAFE exam.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including background checks.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive spirit.
