What you will do

• Communicate extensively with new clients to guide them through the 401(k) setup and launch process.
• Manage client pipelines and timelines to meet monthly activation targets.
• Handle objections and resolve bottlenecks to keep the activation process on track.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and account management teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify and escalate operational blockers to improve the overall sales activation experience.
• Drive process improvements to help the team scale effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS or retirement industry environment.
• Proven knowledge of retirement plan design, specifically 401(k) plans.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on explaining complex concepts fluidly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
