Salary: $190,000 – $250,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build and scale People systems and processes, with a focus on Rippling.
• Manage payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Develop policies, documentation, and programs to reduce risk and drive clarity.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, feedback, and employee relations.
• Create frameworks for reviews, promotions, compensation, and career development.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Proven success managing an HRIS, preferably Rippling.
• Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and people analytics.
• Experience designing L&D or manager enablement programs from scratch.
• Track record of partnering with executives to align people and business strategy.
• Must be based in New York City and available to work in-office five days per week.
