Location: Must be based in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 5 days per week). Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including market benchmarking and championing pay equity across the organization.
• Lead and manage benefits programs, including open enrollment, plan administration, and broker relationship management.
• Manage benefit audits and required legal filings such as ACA and 5500.
• Design and deliver employee-facing communications and training for compensation and benefits programs.
• Partner with Finance and Talent teams to support headcount planning, leveling, and performance management cycles.
• Develop and maintain leveling frameworks and compensation infrastructure as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep knowledge of US benefits plan design and compliance, including ACA, COBRA, and ERISA.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, pay equity analysis, and market benchmarking.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear and engaging employee communications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience managing external vendors.
• Eligibility to work in the US is required.
