What you will do

• Own and configure recruiting workflow domains in Ashby, including permissions, templates, and approval logic.
• Design governed workflow changes that balance recruiter usability with reporting trust and control requirements.
• Partner with IT and People Analytics to manage integrations, monitoring, and incident response across the recruiting ecosystem.
• Strengthen data quality by improving capture design, audit mechanisms, and exception handling.
• Drive durable fixes for operational issues through process redesign, automation, and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and rollout planning for controlled system releases.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Ashby configuration in a production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer processes, and candidate data management.
• Hands-on experience configuring HRIS systems, with Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead scoped systems programs end-to-end.
• Experience in compliance-sensitive or audit-sensitive environments.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

• Experience supporting global or multi-entity recruiting workflows.
• Background in analytics tooling or advanced workflow automation.
