What you will do

• Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving conflicts.
• Manage HR systems, maintain employee records, benefits enrollment, and generate HR reports.
• Ensure seamless employee onboarding from offer approval to start date.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements and company values.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and communication.
• Structure teams for efficiency and scalability, advising leaders to build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA, USA
• 5-10 years of experience in human resources or people operations, preferably supporting engineering organizations.
• Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and scaling company processes.
• Exposure to international HR compliance and compensation structures.
