What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for 3D-printed spacecraft components.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Establish and track key performance metrics including mass efficiency, pressure capability, and manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain product business cases, including pricing strategies and unit economics.
• Execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
• Align cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and business teams around project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or protected person status (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost modeling and trade studies.
• Proven ability to translate technical systems into customer-facing value propositions.
• Excellent technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with additive manufacturing (metal AM strongly preferred).
• Background in spacecraft or launch vehicle development.
• Familiarity with qualification and certification of aerospace hardware.
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
