What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Digital Technology platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and InfoSec to identify and deliver high-value product increments.
• Establish outcome-driven KPIs to measure business value, efficiency, and compliance maturity.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, SOX, and ITGC requirements across all systems.
• Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership using data-driven insights and trade-off analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, HRIS, or security tooling.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases and manage budget accountability.
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and technology controls including SOX and ITGC.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or defense industries.
• Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise tools or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management.
• Prior experience partnering with C-suite leaders on digital strategy.
