Location: On-site in New York City, NY (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Drive go-live readiness for new products and major features, coordinating across Product, Engineering, PMM, and Support.
• Define and manage phased launch cohorts for beta and pilot programs.
• Develop internal enablement materials and a living launch playbook based on post-launch retrospectives.
• Monitor adoption health and partner with CS and Marketing to design targeted programs for under-utilizing segments.
• Own planning and execution for 3–5 major programs, including feature launches and migrations.
• Lead 3 major strategic company projects for 2026, partnering with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in high-growth B2B AI or SaaS (product, strategy, or operations), ideally in an early-stage environment.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion through influence.
• Strong systems thinking and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• High ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work in the Soho office.
