What you will do

• Own and evolve the product area by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and value drivers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to foster a high-performing environment.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve product practices and drive alignment across Platform Services.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to shape and deliver a high-quality product roadmap.
• Work with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure compelling product positioning.
• Bring fresh thinking and external best practices to continuously raise the bar on product strategy.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of applying diverse learnings to improve product outcomes.
• Ability to drive alignment at senior levels through influence.
• Experience leading and developing product talent.
• Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, UX, and commercial teams.
• Must be able to work from the Cambridge office two days per week.
