What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and operational layers.
• Understand the needs of IT admins, legal teams, and programme managers regarding governance at scale.
• Translate customer insights into clear product direction and actionable specifications for engineering and design.
• Partner with Solutions, CS, and Legal teams on complex enterprise deals.
• Define and track key metrics for admin tooling adoption, compliance feature usage, and support escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or Europe with the ability to travel to London regularly.
• Significant experience owning a critical product domain and setting strategy.
• Proven track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results like ARR and retention.
• Strong written communication skills for PRDs, strategy docs, and customer insights.
• Ability to ramp quickly on the complexity of enterprise buying motions.
