TL;DR

Product Manager (Platform, Cybersecurity): Managing the roadmap and backlog for product infrastructure and architecture with an accent on reliability, quality, and performance. Focus on bridging the gap between engineering, design, and product while removing blockers for customer-facing squads.

Location: Remote (Global). Requirement: At least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am - 6pm).

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (for UK-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for platform improvements and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to scale and improve the product infrastructure.
  • Remove technical blockers for customer-facing product teams to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • Scope projects, create Jira tickets, manage sprints, and deliver work according to the schedule.
  • Define and execute platform squad OKRs.
  • Communicate and evangelize the platform team's progress and achievements to the rest of the business.

Requirements

  • Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on experience as an engineer, DBA, or system admin.
  • Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am - 6pm).
  • Understanding of Agile development practices and SaaS product architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and clarity for a remote-first environment.
  • Unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience with education technology (EdTech) products.
  • A keen interest in cybersecurity.
