IT Helpdesk Analyst (Aerospace)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical break-fix support for headquarters and remote users via hands-on and telephone effort.
• Manage the full lifecycle of user requests using an automated ticketing system and provide feedback to IT leadership.
• Coordinate the IT portion of the onboarding process for new hires.
• Develop and implement documented processes to standardize IT operations in line with industry standards.
• Support internal and external audits, including assessor and penetration tester evaluations.
• Implement technology to automate and streamline internal IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in hardware/software desktop support, IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud architecture.
• Broad experience administering Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft O365, and SaaS applications.
• Foundational network skills including cabling, racks, switching, firewalls, and wireless diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of Government IT Security requirements such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, and CIS.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA (On-site M-F).
• U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency required for access to export-controlled data.

Nice to have

• Background in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Aerospace industries.
• Prior startup experience.
• Experience working on USG development and deployment programs.
• Ability to hold and maintain a USG Security Clearance.
