What you will do

• Lead and develop a senior engineering team; attract, retain talent, and drive continuous learning and performance management.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, data, and infrastructure to build and support best practices in release management and automated testing.
• Drive DevOps practices and cross-functional engineering initiatives to ensure technical excellence and delivery.
• Align annual team OKRs with organizational goals and influence stakeholder support across frontend/backend domains.
• Manage engineering budgets efficiently and measure/improve team efficiency and processes.
• Leverage AI tools for AI-assisted coding and for building agentic solutions into products and business processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience: building teams, measuring/managing performance, and implementing processes for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences; ability to collaborate effectively on complex topics.
• Experience leading day-to-day engineering best practices with product, UX, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge and experience standing up QA processes and tools.
• Direct experience using AI tools for AI-assisted coding and development of user-facing functionality, including agentic solutions.
