Salary: $140,000–$190,000 + stock options

What you will do

• Serve as a lead individual contributor, personally building and shipping critical product features across the full stack.
• Develop user-facing experiences with a focus on UI architecture, performance, and accessibility.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services written primarily in Go.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical tradeoffs and perspectives.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Mentor a small team of engineers to drive high standards for code quality and documentation.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer on production systems.
• Strong frontend fundamentals including UI architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience building and integrating with APIs.
• Comfort working across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working and managing engineering teams.
• Experience in product-driven engineering environments.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern frontend data-fetching patterns.
• Experience debugging or working with data-heavy or geospatial systems.
