Short Form Content Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus pre-IPO equity.

What you will do

• Lead short-form content strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and emerging platforms.
• Develop and scale written, graphic, and video formats while expanding production capacity.
• Hire, manage, and develop pods of producers, editors, and strategists.
• Build a culture of experimentation and maintain high content quality standards.
• Use performance data to guide creative direction, test formats, and iterate quickly.
• Shape how audiences experience Owner’s brand and Adam Guild’s voice online.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing short-form content across multiple platforms.
• Strong design judgment, particularly for graphics and typography.
• Strong editing and motion-graphics skills with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
• Deep understanding of platform best practices and native storytelling formats.
• Ability to balance creative judgment with performance data.
• Strong organizational, documentation, spreadsheet, and analytics skills, plus curiosity about AI-driven tools and automation.
