What you will do

• Plan, film, edit, and deliver video content for social media, digital channels, internal communications, and executive thought leadership programs.
• Present on camera when required and shape clear, engaging narratives across formats.
• Write scripts, captions, and short-form editorial copy to support video content.
• Work with clients, senior executives, communications, marketing, and HR stakeholders to translate goals into compelling content.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent visual and editorial quality aligned with brand guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas and improve content workflows, tools, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven ability to produce professional video content from planning and filming through editing and delivery.
• Confidence on camera with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders, executives, or leadership teams.
• Strong copywriting skills adaptable to different formats and audiences.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong organization, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or audio production.
• Experience using Gen AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows for scripting, captions, or content ideation.
• Hands-on agentic approach to breaking down briefs and planning content production.
