Social Media and Content Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Base salary: $145K–$165K per year

What you will do

• Set the social media strategy and manage execution from concept through the content calendar.
• Repurpose blog posts, eGuides, research reports, and webinars into social-native short-form and serialized content.
• Write and manage recurring content for subject-matter experts and functional leads, including bylines, resource articles, event copy, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Maintain and improve content systems, including calendars, briefing templates, and social brand guidelines.
• Partner with demand generation, product, marketing, content, and communications teams to deliver campaigns from concept through completion.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running organic social strategy and execution for a brand.
• Ability to manage content calendars, stakeholders, publishing cadence, and platform-specific decisions.
• Ability to translate complex, technical, or specialized material into engaging social content.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to select effective formats such as carousels, short videos, and graphics.
• Curiosity about how audit and advisory professionals engage online, with a collaborative and iterative working style.
