What you will do

  • Build and optimize company-wide People programs and scalable organizational infrastructure.
  • Lead the operational execution of performance management, goal setting, and promotion frameworks.
  • Develop manager enablement and employee development programs, including training and resources.
  • Design and manage the company-wide onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Own employee feedback programs, analyze engagement surveys, and drive action plans.
  • Serve as the program lead for strategic organizational initiahirify.globals, managing dependencies and risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People programs, talent management, or organizational effechirify.globalness.
  • Proven track record of leading complex programs from concept to implementation.
  • Strong project management skills including stakeholder communication and accountability.
  • Exceptional facilitation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA

Nice to have

  • Experience with career development or promotion frameworks.
  • Experience with engagement surveys and organizational assessments.
  • Background in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Experience supporting global, distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with HR technology platforms.
