What you will do

• Act as a trusted People Partner for US and Germany-based Revenue and CX leaders to navigate team dynamics and organizational scaling.
• Execute core people programs including quarterly performance reviews, calibration cycles, and talent assessment frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end US employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional changes.
• Ensure US compliance, I-9 verifications, and adherence to state labor laws in New York and Florida.
• Administer payroll and benefits through Rippling (PEO), including Health and 401(k) plans.
• Coordinate with the Dusseldorf-based People and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure global alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years as an HRBP or People Partner, ideally in B2B sales.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law and benefits administration (specifically New York and Florida).
• Proficiency with HRIS (Rippling), ATS, Google Suite, and Notion.
• Active user of AI/LLMs to automate administrative tasks and scale output.
• Ability to accommodate European time zones for communication with stakeholders in Germany.
• Willingness to travel domestically to Tampa and internationally to Dusseldorf.
