TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead the Talent Development team, providing direction, coaching, and professional support.
  • Design and evolve core talent management programs including performance management, engagement, and career pathing.
  • Build scalable learning programs and identify organizational gaps to create effective L&D solutions.
  • Own the full onboarding experience to ensure new hires ramp up effectively.
  • Partner with executive leadership and People Business Partners to align talent strategy with business priorities.
  • Manage the TD budget, external vendors, and L&D technology infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent development, L&D, or a related HR discipline.
  • Proven experience building core talent programs at high-growth companies.
  • Ability to act as both a high-level strategist and a hands-on builder.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority across all levels.
  • Experience managing budgets and external vendor relationships.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system migrations.
