What you will do

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and process systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with pumps, piping, air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Assist in the design, analysis, and enhancement of mechanical systems to optimize performance.
• Partner with operations teams to deliver engineering solutions supporting manufacturing processes.
• Identify mechanical system inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Associate degree or Trade Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, Chemical, Facilities Maintenance, or a STEM field.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in mechanical systems or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with industrial HVAC, chilled/heating water systems, pumps, and piping.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing equipment in large commercial facilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with VOC, scrubber, and exhaust system maintenance.
• Proficiency with Maximo and BMS.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
