What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment reliability and maximum uptime.
• Manage work orders, labor, and parts allocation using the EAM/CMMS system.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support capital projects and ensure safe execution.
• Execute fabrication projects to enhance plant processes and improve facility safety.
• Utilize predictive maintenance tools to identify emerging issues and develop updated PM plans.
• Maintain the plant shop, tools, and detailed equipment records and prints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in diverse outdoor/indoor weather conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; relocation assistance and VISA sponsorship are not provided.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical power transmission, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Millwright and welding skills, particularly relevant to the seed industry.
• Experience operating Power Industrial Equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and tractors.
• Basic understanding of process controls.
