Supply Strategy & Operations Manager (Logistics)

hirify.global operates a delivery service provider network requiring strategic supply management and operational performance optimization.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-tier network strategy across national, regional, and local delivery service providers.
• Identify market gaps, source new partners, and lead DSP onboarding.
• Manage strategic DSP relationships, negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Own supply KPIs including successful delivery rate, on-time delivery, cancellations, refunds, and support resolution.
• Build scorecards, performance improvement plans, and operational playbooks for onboarding, incidents, and capacity surges.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Merchant Success, and Support to analyze root causes and resolve systemic supply issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, logistics, supply chain, carrier management, or last-mile operations.
• Experience managing external partners or vendor relationships in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including model building, data interpretation, and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience structuring and negotiating carrier contracts or MSAs.
• SQL or data visualization experience, such as Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSP networks, gig delivery platforms, or courier operations.
• Startup or scale-up experience in ambiguous environments.
