Supply Chain Logistics Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid with onsite work 3 days per week

Salary: $115,344–$151,389 annually

What you will do

• Own and optimize the DTC parcel and last-mile transportation network across carriers, service levels, fulfillment locations, and product categories.
• Manage carrier performance, contracts, pricing negotiations, service-level agreements, and new carrier evaluations.
• Lead Peak transportation planning, including volume forecasts, capacity requirements, pickup schedules, and contingency plans.
• Manage inbound international transportation from overseas suppliers through fulfillment locations, distribution centers, and wholesale destinations.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, overseas vendors, wholesale programs, routing guides, labeling, appointments, EDI, and delivery compliance.
• Own logistics KPIs and cost-to-serve analysis while partnering with Engineering, Product, IT, fulfillment, and Customer Service on automation, visibility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Meaningful experience with DTC parcel or last-mile shipping and international inbound logistics.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. parcel ecosystem, including carriers, service levels, pricing, surcharges, and performance management.
• Experience with carrier contracts, transportation pricing, commercial negotiations, ocean and air freight, freight forwarders, customs brokers, Incoterms, and inbound coordination.
• Experience with seasonal peak planning, multi-node fulfillment, 3PL operations, and wholesale or retail distribution.
• Strong analytical, financial, operational judgment, and cross-functional communication skills.
