Carrier Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own strategic and operational carrier relationships across the Americas portfolio.
• Lead negotiations on rates, surcharges, service commitments, and contract terms.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and monitor carrier performance across key lanes.
• Lead major carrier escalations and drive necessary corrective actions.
• Build disciplined internal reporting on carrier health and risk.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance teams on carrier-linked decisions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in carrier management, parcel, or cross-border logistics.
• Proven experience with major carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and analytical judgment.
• Ability to operate credibly with senior leadership and commercial teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, Texas.
