What you will do
- Design and execute the partner demand generation strategy for ROW Emerging Markets to drive qualified pipeline.
- Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns including events, webinars, email, digital/paid campaigns, and ABM.
- Build partner marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and enablement materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Own Marketing Development Plans (MDPs) with partners, managing budgets, pipeline targets, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Partnership Account Executives and Sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, and lead quality.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across the funnel based on data and insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns and managing indirect sales models (resellers, distributors).
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue and pipeline impact.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple regions simultaneously.
- Professional English and one additional ROW language (preferably Russian, Serbian, or Greek).
- Ability to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or HR Tech environments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing Partner Marketing Funds (MDFs).
- Previous customer-facing or commercial experience.
