Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (WFH up to 2 days/week)

What you will do
- Design and own the annual integrated campaign system and architecture aligned with business priorities.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value accounts like airports and airline groups.
- Manage global paid media strategy across search, display, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate between global strategy and regional (Geo) marketing teams for consistent local execution.
- Establish and monitor campaign performance frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models connecting activity to revenue.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to provide sales enablement materials and track asset adoption.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on driving measurable business impact.
- Proven expertise in executing end-to-end integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline).
- Experience designing and delivering Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value accounts.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and integration with CRM tools.
- Professional fluency in English for a global business environment.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
