What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including outbound opportunity generation and inbound lead qualification.
• Deliver high-impact product demos tailored to client pain points.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new customers are quickly activated and transacting.
• Track all sales activity, forecasting, and market metrics using HubSpot CRM.
• Apply new sales methodologies to continuously improve win rates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly and quarterly new-logo targets.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and modern prospecting tools like Sales Navigator.
• Valid right to work in Ireland.
• Strong emotional intelligence and objection handling capabilities.
