What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including outbound opportunity generation and inbound lead qualification.
- Deliver high-impact product demos tailored to client pain points.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new customers are quickly activated and transacting.
- Track all sales activity, forecasting, and market metrics using HubSpot CRM.
- Apply new sales methodologies to continuously improve win rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly and quarterly new-logo targets.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and modern prospecting tools like Sales Navigator.
- Valid right to work in Ireland.
- Strong emotional intelligence and objection handling capabilities.
