Salary: $115,400 — $192,300 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead complex pre-sales engagements, including discovery, architecture design, solution positioning, and technical validation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT practitioners to design resilient and secure data platforms.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and executive presentations highlighting business value and cyber risk reduction.
• Design and manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) to technical closure based on customer success criteria.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to define strategies for ransomware recovery and hybrid-cloud adoption.
• Create tailored proposals and contribute to enterprise-scale RFP and RFx responses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering or solutions architecture for mid-market to enterprise customers.
• Strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure: data resilience, compute, virtualization, cloud services, and security.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical engagements and drive POC activities to completion.
• Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLMs as they relate to data governance.
• Strong communication skills for leading workshops and presentations for architects and management.
• Preference for candidates located near Alpharetta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Nutanix AHV.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized platforms, and their data protection.
• Skill in API-driven automation and scripting using PowerShell or Python.
