TL;DR

Account Director (SaaS): Managing growth and expansion across high-potential enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic account planning and multi-threading across complex stakeholder groups. Location: Remote (US or Canada)

Salary: $210,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Own the growth motion for high-potential enterprise accounts with 2,000+ employees.
  • Execute strategic account planning, including opportunity mapping and risk tracking.
  • Proactively multi-thread and self-generate pipeline across procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.
  • Drive multi-product cross-sell plays for Sales Planning and Catalyst AI.
  • Lead and coordinate with BDR and AI SDR resources to scale outreach and pipeline generation.
  • Develop and refine enterprise expansion playbooks and best practices for the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within SaaS or technology companies.
  • 3+ years in enterprise roles focusing on expansion and upsells for organizations with 2,000+ employees.
  • Proven track record of self-prospecting and mapping stakeholders independently.
  • Experience navigating complex buying processes with multiple approval layers.
  • Strong background in structured account planning and territory management.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ICM or SPM tools.
  • Proficiency with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or other structured enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling to Finance, RevOps, or Sales personas.
  • Familiarity with ChurnZero, SFDC, or data tools like Metabase and ScratchPad.
