TL;DR

Location: Remote US, United States

Salary: $24/hour + commission target of $30,000 - $40,000/year

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close in the SMB segment.
  • Target and penetrate key verticals like real estate, engineering, telecom, construction, insurance, and property services.
  • Sell value-based solutions including aerial imagery, property data reports, and analytics tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and position solutions in terms of ROI such as time savings and cost reduction.
  • Manage high-volume pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and exceed quota via inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience with proven quota attainment in SMB or mid-market, ideally high-velocity environments
  • Experience selling SaaS, data, or field-service solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to translate technical offerings like imagery and analytics into business value.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in real estate, engineering, construction, or property industries.
  • Familiarity with aerial imagery, geospatial data, or related workflows.
  • Sales tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Outbound call center or consultative sales background.
