What you will do

• Contribute hands-on via coding, code reviews, and setting implementation patterns in C#.
• Lead the architectural transition from a legacy monolith to a decoupled microservices environment.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of high-caliber engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Partner with Product Management to shape the technical roadmap and deliver high-value user features.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in modern C# development with current, active hands-on coding experience.
• Deep knowledge of architectural best practices for decoupling, modularization, and scaling complex systems.
• Experience developing and deploying large-scale, high-availability SaaS applications.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production applications.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
