What you will do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy to align with long-term business and platform goals.
• Shape architectural direction and drive adoption of modern engineering approaches and scalable architectures.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain shared frameworks and platform capabilities to accelerate delivery and ensure CI/CD maturity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading managers or multi-team organizations.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Experience building production-grade applications using JavaScript/TypeScript or .NET Core.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-enabled development tools, code generation models, or ML-driven insights (e.g., Copilot, vector search).
