What you will do

• Process and audit carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and strict contractual compliance.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries through collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Manage carrier payables and invoice work queues to ensure payments are processed within 90 days of delivery.
• Analyze LTL and Truckload carrier pricing, tariffs, and accessorial charges to identify audit failure reasons.
• Ensure all customer invoices are processed successfully with accurate charges.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts.
• Must be based in Queretaro, México for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
• Understanding of the LTL and Truckload transportation industry and carrier pricing details.

Nice to have

• Experience with OTM, Mercury Gate, Excel, Zendesk, Teams, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable processing.
