TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Redlands, CA, USA

Salary: $27.00 - $33.00 hourly

What you will do

  • Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
  • Implement innovative safety solutions while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing.
  • Transform safety data into compelling narratives to drive behavioral changes.
  • Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist site emergency response.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations (specifically 29 CFR 1910).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
  • Must be available for flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety-related field.
  • Experience leading teams and analyzing accident data for safety concerns.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Experience in workers compensation case management.
