Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annual base + quarterly bonus

What you will do

• Perform onsite field audits and conduct employee training to demonstrate industry and regulatory knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional clients, dealer group management, and state dealer associations.
• Prepare critical compliance documentation including Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Tier II reporting, and OSHA 300 logs.
• Implement environmental management compliance systems and accident prevention policies to achieve zero-accident goals.
• Support company growth by documenting and submitting sales leads and referrals to Account Executives.

Requirements

• Based in Newark, NJ with the ability to service the greater NYC area and Long Island.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related disciplines (preferred).
• Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience (preferred).
• Active driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel overnight 1-2 weeks per quarter.
• Ability to speak publicly to audiences of up to 300 people and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Physical ability to stand for 6+ hours per day and lift up to 20 pounds.
