Salary: $82,000 - $124,000 USD

What you will do

• Plan and implement environmental, health, and safety policies in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations for accidents and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions are documented and completed.
• Coordinate environmental and industrial hygiene testing, including storm water, sound, and air quality monitoring.
• Serve as a technical resource for safety topics such as machine guarding, ergonomics, and hazardous materials handling.
• Develop and deliver safety education and training programs for employees.
• Support Behavior Based Safety (BBS) initiatives through data analysis and supervisor coaching.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct safety responsibility, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations and risk control strategies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to have

• CSP certification or OSHA outreach trainer experience.
• Experience as a Powered Industrial Truck trainer.
